Do I have to commit to implementation after the Assessment?
No. The Assessment is a fixed-fee discovery engagement. You receive the findings and decide whether to act, experiment internally, use the Concierge or commission separately scoped implementation work.
What tools can be used?
The workflow determines the technology. Depending on the context, that may include Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, n8n, APIs or other appropriate platforms. This is not a tool-specific offer.
Is the Concierge passive AI coaching?
No. It is a practical working relationship: identify something useful, improve it, build it, measure the result and move to the next opportunity. Documentation and governance remain part of the work.
